About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telematics & Software Head to lead the development and
integration of connected vehicle and telematics solutions for EV platforms. The role involves driving
system architecture, ensuring seamless data connectivity, and delivering scalable, high-performance
software solutions aligned with business and product goals
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end development and integration of telematics and connected vehicle software solutions
- Define and oversee system architecture for telematics platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of telematics features
- Oversee vendor management and third-party integrations related to telematics solutions
- Establish development processes, coding standards, and best practices for software teams
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software and telematics engineers
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in IoT, EV connectivity, and automotive software
What You'll Bring
Must Have
- Strong expertise in telematics systems, IoT, and connected vehicle technologies
- Experience with embedded systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and API integrations
- Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, MQTT, Bluetooth, GPS, etc.)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java
Good to Have
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Key Skills
