Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
About the Role
The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology strategy, product
development, engineering innovation, and technical operations of the 2-Wheeler Electric
Vehicle manufacturing business. The role involves driving end-to-end EV product
development, battery technology integration, vehicle performance optimization,
manufacturing technology advancement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety
standards. The CTO will play a critical leadership role in strengthening R&D capabilities and
delivering innovative, reliable, and cost-effective electric mobility solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the company’s long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead end-to-end vehicle design and engineering, including:
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure scalable and efficient production processes.
- Ensure compliance with automotive, safety, and EV regulatory standards.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with battery suppliers, component manufacturers, and technology providers
- Build and lead high-performing engineering and R&D teams.
- Manage R&D and engineering budgets.
