These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of csr762.com (the "Site"), and any pre-booking, test-ride request, or dealer interaction arranged through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each incorporated by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page; continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

To submit a pre-booking or test-ride request, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are booking on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the entity agrees to be bound by them

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, server, or database.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or the experience of other users.

• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, deep-linking, page-scraping tools) to access the Site without our prior written consent.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity. 

Where the Site requires an account to submit a pre-booking or test-ride request, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@svitch.bike if you suspect unauthorised use. We may refuse registration or suspend an account at our discretion, including for a breach of these Terms. 

We make every effort to display the CSR 762 accurately, including specifications, range, colours, and pricing. Product features, visual renderings, and pricing are subject to change without notice, and reference to a product on the Site does not guarantee its availability.

Certified IDC range, top-speed, and charging-time figures are laboratory values. Real-world figures vary based on riding mode, rider weight, terrain, traffic, weather, battery age, and accessory load.

Product images on the Site are for illustration only. Actual appearance may differ slightly based on colour variant, local accessory fitment, or minor running changes

The CSR 762 may receive software updates, including over-the-air (OTA) updates, that can add, change, or remove features, and may affect performance, range, or the dashboard/UI described at the time of booking.

Where the vehicle or a companion app collects vehicle, usage, or telematics data, that collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Connected features may require a network connection and are subject to that service's own terms. 

Every CSR 762 ships with a 3-year / 30,000 km comprehensive warranty covering the vehicle, the Li-NMC battery pack, and the motor, with guaranteed battery capacity retention of 70%+ through the warranty period. For the full policy, see our Warranty page (csr762.com/support/warranty). 

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear-and-tear items: tyres, brake pads, bulbs, and similar consumables.

• Service at unauthorised workshops, or repair/modification without our consent.

• Use for racing, competitive riding, or commercial purposes (delivery, ride-hailing, rental).

• Damage from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper charging, or water ingress beyond the vehicle's rated ingress protection.

• Use of non-genuine parts, chargers, or accessories not supplied or approved by Svitch.

• Cosmetic issues — paint, scratches, dents — that do not affect function.

• Loss of range or performance caused by a disclosed software update.

• Environmental or force-majeure events, and normal environmental exposure (sun, salt, road debris). Any part replaced under warranty becomes Svitch property and is covered only for the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

Riding a two-wheeler — electric or otherwise — carries inherent risks of injury, including from road conditions, traffic, weather, and the actions of other road users. By requesting a test ride or purchasing a CSR 762, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. 

You agree to ride only if legally licensed to do so, to wear appropriate safety gear, and to comply with applicable traffic laws. Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence.

The following terms apply to Svitch's MotoCorp authorised dealer network and govern how dealers may represent and sell the CSR 762: 

• Non-exclusive appointment — inclusion in the dealer locator does not grant a dealer territorial exclusivity or a franchise relationship with Svitch MotoCorp, except where a separate signed agreement says otherwise

• No authority to bind Svitch MotoCorp — dealers may not make representations, warranties, or promises on Svitch's MotoCorp behalf beyond what appears in official Svitch materials.

• Pricing compliance — dealers are expected to sell at Svitch-specified pricing. Svitch MotoCorp is not liable for a dealer's unauthorised discounting, overcharging, or add-on charges.

• Warranty administration — vehicle warranty (Section 08) is valid only when the vehicle is purchased and serviced through an authorised dealer or service centre; unauthorised servicing may void it.

• Trademark usage — dealers receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to display the Svitch and CSR 762 name and logo for the purpose of marketing and selling the product, with no right to sub-license.

• Termination — Svitch MotoCorp may remove a dealer from its network and locator listing at its discretion, subject to the terms of the applicable dealer agreement.

• Dealer conduct — Svitch MotoCorp is not liable for a dealer's independent acts, negligence, or misrepresentations that fall outside Svitch's MotoCorp official policies and materials

All content on this Site — including the Svitch logo, CSR 762 brand, product images, text, videos, 3D models, and software — is the intellectual property of Svitch Motocorp Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to, or interoperate with, third-party websites and services — including dealer, financing, insurance, and payment partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service; use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svitch Motocorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products or services. 

Our total liability in any matter related to the CSR 762 shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Svitch by you. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 

Entire agreement 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Warranty policy, form the entire agreement between you and Svitch Motocorp regarding your use of the Site.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later
