EV Head (Electric Vehicle Head)
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven EV Head to lead the overall Electric Vehicle business,
including product development, engineering, operations, and market execution. The role will be
responsible for driving innovation, ensuring timely product launches, and building scalable EV
solutions aligned with organisational goals
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end EV business, including product development, engineering, manufacturing, and commercialisation
- Define EV product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management
- Oversee design, development, and launch of EV models in alignment with market requirements
- Ensure compliance with automotive regulations, homologation, and safety standards
- Identify and implement new technologies, innovations, and industry best practices in EV domain

- Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and profitability of EV operations
- Strong understanding of EV technologies (Battery, BMS, Powertrain, Charging systems)
