QA/QC Manager (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control
functions across the EV manufacturing process. The role is responsible for ensuring products
meet defined standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous
improvement in manufacturing and supplier quality
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage QA/QC processes across manufacturing and assembly operations
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
- Manage supplier quality assurance and performance evaluation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma
- Lead internal and external audits (ISO, regulatory, customer audits)
- Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team
- Collaborate with production, design, R&D, and supply chain teams
What You'll Bring
Must Have
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Expertise in QA/QC tools and methodologies
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good to Have
- Quality Tools: 7 QC Tools, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan
- Standards: ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 (preferred)
- Process Audits, Product Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA)
- EV/Automotive components quality standards
Key Skills
White chips are must-have. Grey chips are nice-to-have.
