QA / QC Executive – Electric Vehicle (EV)
About the Role
The QA/QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality across incoming materials, in-
process manufacturing, and final vehicle inspection. The role involves implementing quality standards,
identifying defects, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring that every EV leaving the plant meets
company and regulatory quality requirements.
What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming raw materials, bought-out parts, and vendor-supplied components.
- Perform stage-wise inspections during assembly and production.
- Conduct final inspection of finished EV bikes before dispatch.
- Implement quality control plans and inspection procedures.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions.

- Work closely with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Vendor Development teams.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
- Drive reduction in rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
