Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
About the Role
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing the
organization's overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition,
digital transformation, product marketing, dealer marketing, and revenue growth. The ideal
candidate should possess extensive experience in automotive, EV, consumer durables, or
premium consumer brands, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital
marketing ecosystems.
The CMO will work closely with the Managing Director, Sales, Product Development, Dealer
Network, and Business Leadership Team to create impactful marketing initiatives that
enhance customer engagement and market leadership.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the company's long-term marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube campaigns, and influencer marketing.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new EV models and product launches.
- Develop marketing programs to support dealer network expansion.

- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Track campaign performance and optimise marketing spend.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership.
- Oversee website optimization and digital customer experience.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
